2015 and earlier Projects
Acuity is a windows application that uses the kinect for it's interface. Acuity was designed to help improve hand eye cordination in athletes through various proven and pattented vision tests and training, but could be used by anyone to increase thier feild of vision. Hence the name, Acuity. Currently, the application is in Beta.
I designed the user interface and worked with the testers to help create a comfortable user experience for training with this software using the kinect.
PickUp Sports was my senior Software Engingeering Project at Florida State Univeristy. The goal of PickUp was to establish an online system that various leauges, intramural sports teams, or just every day joe's could utilize to organize practices, games, and tournaments. Currently, I'm no longer working on this project, but may pick it back up in the future. This was my first web application so it opened up a lot of new doors for me.
I was the project manager and lead developer on this project. I worked on both the back end and front end for this application.
Last Summer(2014), I developed an application that utilizes the OpenCV library and that works accross multiple platforms. I learned methods to generate highly accurate object classifiers(HAAR, LBP) as well as other ways to analyze images for objects.
Quotetastic is just a little project that lets me focus on the more artistic side of development. I've always been fond of Cinemagraphs and I hope Quotetastic makes you feel the same way!
